I have now used James' Junk removal twice and had outstanding experiences each time. First was garage/old furniture clear out project second was getting rid of 10 years of old junk (including a whole couch + chairs & table) when moving to a new rental. 
The first service went so well there was no doubt in mind who to call for the second one :) 

James was super responsive, clear & precise with the estimate (which I found to be shockingly reasonable) and soo quick on delivery of service. I ran a bit late, maybe 5 - 10min to meet him at the location and he already had most of the mess taken care of 

It seemed like an overwhelming amount of garbage to deal with but he took care of it in less than 30min!

Looked for someone to help empty out my garage of some shelves and junk, much of which has been there before I moved in. James was quick to respond, gave a quote based off my photos, and scheduled quickly. 

Everything was removed in under an hour and the garage was swept clean as promised. Price was as quoted and extremely reasonable. Best quote I got.
