I have now used James' Junk removal twice and had outstanding experiences each time. First was garage/old furniture clear out project second was getting rid of 10 years of old junk (including a whole couch + chairs & table) when moving to a new rental.
The first service went so well there was no doubt in mind who to call for the second one 🙂
James was super responsive, clear & precise with the estimate (which I found to be shockingly reasonable) and soo quick on delivery of service. I ran a bit late, maybe 5 - 10min to meet him at the location and he already had most of the mess taken care of
It seemed like an overwhelming amount of garbage to deal with but he took care of it in less than 30min!
Don't bother looking elsewhere - this company has sense of urgency/quality/competitive pricing. Just do yourself a favor and stick with James'

As a Palo Alto resident, it costs me a minimum of $68 to take things to the Shoreway Environmental Center. Plus time, plus putting nasty stuff in my car. This time I called James and he was friendly, on time, and affordable. I am never going to the transfer station again!
